ATH Summer Performance Training at Net Results

This summer, Victory's strength and conditioning partner, ATH, will be holding an intensive summer program at Net Results that will be focused on increasing strength, vertical, and agility in volleyball players. 

ATH provides coach-led, scientifically driven workouts that last 50 minutes and create a fun, high tempo environment that are guaranteed to expose your inner athlete. They have developed unmatched in-season and off-season strength training programs backed by science with countless testimonials of proven results. Their business model was built around small group or team training. Elite trainers run the ATH Performance program in volleyball clubs, junior high and high schools, and youth football leagues, just to name a few.

When it comes to strength training, each athlete has specific needs. These needs can be identified by breaking down factors unique to their sport or activity e.g. movement patterns, tempos, volumes and loads. In this case, ATH has created a very specific training plan based on these factors. This strength building program is backed by science and will produce proven results. Training will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 3 - July 31. The girls will have 4th of July week off! There are two available training times each day, so when booking, please specify in the notes which time you will be attending.
