Emily Hardesty

Emily began her volleyball career at Victory in 2005, and she’s excited to return as a coach.

Emily played 8 years of club volleyball, and 4 years of varsity volleyball for Trinity Christian Academy. As a junior she helped lead Trinity to a 40-1 record and the 2011 TAPPS 5A State Championship. She was named District MVP and First-Team All-State. In the same year, Emily helped lead her 17s club team to a first place finish in the American Division at the 2011 USA Volleyball Girls National Championship, where she garnered MVP accolades. In 2012-13, she was named the TAPPS 5A Co-Offensive Player of the Year and was ranked No. 81 in PrepVolleyball.com’s Senior Aces.

Emily attended Texas A&M University, where she played volleyball all 4 years. Emily was a 4 year letter winner and six-rotation outside hitter for Texas A&M Volleyball. She appeared in all 31 matches as a junior, and was integral to A&M winning the 2015 SEC Championship. Texas A&M Volleyball made it to the NCAA tournament all 4 years during her career. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2017, and went on to Louisiana State University to play a fifth year of beach volleyball while earning her masters in graphic design. She helped the LSU Tigers to a sixth place finish at the 2018 NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship.
