Shelby Scott

This is Shelby’s 2nd year coaching club and her 2nd year at Victory. She grew up in Plano and played volleyball since she was 10 years old. In high school, she started all 4 years on her varsity school team. In her last year at high school, she was coached by Victory’s very own Kyla Obert, 13 Black head coach. Shelby then attended Baylor University and played competitive intramural volleyball all 4 years of college while studying Exercise Physiology.

Shelby now works at Airrosti Rehab Centers helping network with physicians and surgeons to increase awareness of musculoskeletal injuries and how to help those patients get better. Shelby is beyond excited for this next year of coaching. On and off the court, she takes time to build relationships with each girl by pouring into them so they can grow as the young, strong women they are, both on and off the court.
