My name is Lauren Vasquez and I am so excited to be a coach at Victory this year! I’ve lived in Wylie my whole life and started playing volleyball in 5th grade. I played club volleyball for five years at Texas Assault. My senior year of high school I had the opportunity to be an assistant coach for a 12s team and absolutely loved it. In high school I played on varsity for three years and was captain my senior year. After high school, I played volleyball at the University of Dallas for one year.
My sophomore year, I transferred to the University of Texas at Tyler where I graduated from in May of 2023 with a bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Currently, I am pursuing my masters degree in Speech Language-Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have a passion for working with kids, especially kids who have disabilities. I am excited to be a coach at Victory and advance my skills!
