Positional Training
Positional training is a 30 minute dedicated time to train in your athlete's specific position with a variety of coaches from the club. There is a systemized progression from November to April focusing on form-focused repetitions to improve overall skills.
2023-2024 Positional Training Schedule:
Monday:
5:00-5:30 pm - 12 Black, 12 Green, 13 Green, 13 Gray
5:30-6:00 pm - 13 Black, 14 Black, 14 Green, 14 Gray
6:00-6:30 pm - 11 Black
Wednesday:
7:00-7:30 pm - 15 Black, 15 Green, 15 Gray, 16 Gray
7:30-8:00 pm - 16 Black, 16 Green, 17 Black, 17 Green, 18 Black
