Randy Lewallyn

Randy LewallynRandy is in his 3rd year, Juniors and 18’s assistant coaching for Victory. He began serving on the Victory Board of Directors in 2018.

Randy began his coaching career as a student assistant for the women’s volleyball program at Howard Payne University from 1995-1997. Upon graduation he was named the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Howard Payne where he served from 1997 through 2000.

In 2000 Randy moved to the Dallas area to begin his career in event management and fundraising, and immediately began coaching club. After starting with Skyline Juniors, Randy became the co-director for Addison Boys Volleyball Club from 2001 through 2006, taking multiple teams to Nationals each year. After moving to Rockwall he started coaching girls again for Impact Volleyball Club. Most recently, through 2018, Randy was a coach and club director for Texas Assault Volleyball Club, coaching all age levels and contributing to grow the club from 10 teams to 20 teams. Throughout, Randy has led camps and clinics and really loves teaching the game, especially to the younger age groups.

Randy began playing volleyball in local outdoor tournaments in North Texas as a freshman in high school. He's played both indoor and outdoor competitively ever since at the AA rating level. He played club volleyball as a setter for Tejas Volleyball Club his senior year of high school. Randy was the setter for the HPU Men’s Club Volleyball program throughout college, earning First Team All Conference (Southern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association) twice and serving as a player/coach in his final season.
Randy is the Executive Director of the Mesquite ISD Education Foundation (2012-Current). He lives in Sunnyvale with his wife Allison and daughter Clara Beth (13).
